Plaintiff, JOHNNIE B. JONES, ("Jones"), brings a one-count complaint against defendant, SEKO ROCKET ENTERPRISES, INC., d/b/a SEKO MESSENGER, INC., ("Seko") based upon an alleged violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
