Freeman, filed claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and respondeat superior against the defendants, Minolta Business Systems, Inc., Minolta Corporation and her supervisor, Charles Hortman. The trial court denied the defendants' motion to compel arbitration of these claims. The defendants filed a writ application in this court seeking supervisory review of the trial court ruling.
