Matthew S. Shelton was charged with the felony offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol, I.C. §§ 18-8004 and 18-8005. He filed a motion to suppress the results of his breath test, the field sobriety tests and all evidence obtained as a result of the arrest. After the district court denied the motion, Shelton entered a conditional plea of guilty to the offense, reserving his right to challenge the denial of his motion...
