Appellant entered a plea of guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to the offense of possession of cocaine. Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.115 (Vernon Supp.1997). The trial court found him guilty and assessed punishment at two years confinement in a state jail facility, suspended by community service for five years, and a $500 fine.
