LANDAU, Judge.

Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for felony murder. His single assignment of error is that the trial court should have granted a motion to suppress evidence of statements that he made to his girlfriend during her visits to him in jail. He contends that the statements were obtained unlawfully, because his girlfriend—working as an agent of the police—elicited them through promises of marriage and promises that other pending charges...
