This is a civil forfeiture action brought against two vehicles which were seized because the Government suspected they were purchased with proceeds of illegal drug transactions. Claimants move for dismissal on the ground that the Government did not comply with the expedited procedures regarding conveyances as set forth in 21 U.S.C. section 888(b).
