In Amendments to the Rules of Judicial Administration-Rule 2.090-Electronic Transmission and Filing of Documents, 681 So.2d 698 (Fla.1996), this Court amended Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.060, 2.075, and 2.090, regarding the electronic transmission and filing of documents.
