Plaintiff-Appellant Edward Moretto ("Moretto") appeals from summary judgment for Defendant-Appellee Samaritan Health System ("Samaritan"). Moretto had sought malpractice damages from Samaritan alleging that a physical therapist treating his compensable industrial knee injury negligently caused a secondary back injury.
