The trial court awarded summary judgment in favor of the defendants Dupre Transport Company and David Perez dismissing plaintiffs' suit as to those defendants. Plaintiffs, Gene and Brenda Young, bring this appeal.

The original motion for summary judgment brought by these defendants was denied by the trial court. The defendants later brought a second motion for summary judgment which the trial court granted and which is the subject of this appeal...
