BUCKINGHAM, Judge.

After a trial by jury in the Fayette Circuit Court, Cecil Buford was convicted of two counts of trafficking in a simulated substance in violation of KRS 218A.350 and one count each of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree.
