Betty Kohfeld appeals the trial court's entry of judgment in favor of United Pacific Insurance Company and the subsequent denial of her motion for a new trial. Ms. Kohfeld contends that the trial court erred: (1) in permitting United Pacific to recover in subrogation the personal injury protection payment previously made to her; (2) in denying her motion for a new trial; and (3) in awarding United Pacific costs.
