In this medical malpractice case, Tulane Medical Center (TMC) appeals the trial court judgment finding it at fault for "nursing negligence" and awarding Ms. Sheila Webb, the mother of decedent, Rodney Comeaux, damages for his death. Ms. Webb answered the appeal complaining the trial court erred in dismissing her claim against Dr. Andes, the treating hematologist, and finding the decedent 20% at fault because of his initial refusal of a blood transfusion...
