OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

James Jimerson appeals from the revocation of his community supervision. He contends on appeal that the trial court erred by failing to credit him with time spent in jail and that the evidence does not support revocation.

Jimerson was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance on his plea of guilty on July 13, 1995, and was sentenced to two years' confinement in a state jail facility, which was probated for five years...
