On August 6, 1997, Defendant Sadrija Radoncic ("Radoncic") filed a motion to restrict introduction of evidence concerning alien smuggling charges in New York and Michigan. Radoncic relies upon Fed.R.Evid. 404(b) and 403, arguing that the evidence is being offered to prove propensity to commit this kind of crime.
