Appellant Allen Michael Weinstein was convicted of fourteen drug-related offenses and sentenced to concurrent, presumptive prison terms, the longest of which was five years. On appeal, Weinstein challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress heroin found in a package he attempted to ship to San Francisco and other narcotics found in his vehicle, shirt pocket, and home.
