This is an appeal from an order of final summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a medical malpractice action. The trial court found the action was barred by the statute of limitations. Because we conclude a genuine issue of material fact exists regarding the date appellant knew or should have known there was a reasonable possibility that his injury was attributable to medical negligence, we reverse...
