This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, E.I. Du Pont de Nemours & Company. Appellant, Leonor Ortiz Tate, commenced a wrongful death and survival action against appellee alleging that Larry Wayne Tate died because of exposure to certain chemicals at appellee's plant.
