DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The guardianship estate of Morgan Allen Pflanz1 appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Richard and Karen Hunter in the guardianship's negligence action against the Hunters. We reverse.

ISSUE

Whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the Hunters.
