This is an appeal of a custody determination made under the Post-Separation Family Violence Relief Act (PSFVRA), Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:361 through 9:369. Terrell Morrison (plaintiff) sued his wife, Susan Jackson Morrison (defendant), for divorce under Louisiana Civil Code article 102, based on their living separate and apart.
