Milton E. Jones seeks damages and injunctive relief from Saxon Mortgage, Inc. ("Saxon") and Texas Commercial Bank ("TCB") for alleged violations of the Truth In Lending Act ("TILA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and for alleged violations of Virginia's fraud and usury laws.
