Charles and Diana Grimes, Individually, and as Next Friends of Matthew Grimes ("Grimes"), appeal the trial court's summary judgment for Grand Saline Independent School District ("GSISD") and teacher Bob Stringer ("Stringer"). In two points of error, Grimes complain that the trial court erred in retaining jurisdiction over GSISD's counterclaim for declaratory relief after Grimes nonsuited it and in granting GSISD's and Stringer's Motion for Summary...
