This appeal stems from a disciplinary action filed by The State Bar of Texas against attorney Blake C. Erskine. The trial court entered a "Summary Judgment Order" which orders a dismissal based upon the State Bar's effective abandonment of this suit and which grants a summary judgment in favor of Erskine.
