The three appellants in this consolidated appeal were tried together and convicted for operating a drug house, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and conspiracy to deliver cocaine. While the parties began trial under the assumption that a confidential informant would not testify for the State, we hold that the trial court's later decision to allow her testimony was not prejudicial error.
