This case involves the tragic death of a fifteen-year-old girl, Tiffany Fouts, after she had been drinking with her teenaged friends. One of those teenagers, appellant Eric F., dragged Tiffany to the woods behind his house, while she was unconscious, so that his mother would not discover her and so that she would not "mess up" the house with vomit.
