Allene Lichtenstein and Arlene Frazier (collectively referred to as "Appellants") appeal from a civil judgment against them which ordered their removal as board members of the Lichtenstein Foundation (the Corporation) and reimbursement of approximately $300,000 to the Corporation. We affirm.
