The Missouri Division of Employment Security (Division) appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) denying claimant's claim for unemployment compensation benefits. The Commission reversed the decision of the Appeals Tribunal, which affirmed the decision of the deputy of the Division. The deputy concluded that claimant was not disqualified because her discharge was not for misconduct connected with her employment...
