GRANT, Justice.

Dickson Construction, Inc. appeals an adverse summary judgment ruling in favor of Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland (F & D), Hibbs-Hallmark & Company (Hibbs-Hallmark), and Billy Hibbs, president of Hibbs-Hallmark. Dickson brought suit against the three defendants in the court below for business disparagement, tortious interference, and in the alternative, fraud, civil conspiracy, and breach of fiduciary duty.
