Plaintiff commenced this action against Defendants alleging race and gender discrimination in violation of 20 U.S.C. § 1681 ("Title IX"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000d ("Title VI"), 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
