In this case we are asked to review a sentence entered upon a guilty plea to second degree murder. I.C. §§ 18-4001 and -4003(g). Ryan D. Robertson was sentenced to an indeterminate life term, with twenty-five years fixed, following his guilty plea to second degree murder for the fatal shooting of Jeffery Towers.
