Johnson (Johnson) and Roberta Ruth Johnson (collectively, the Johnsons) appeal the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of appellees Mark Steffen (Steffen), Catsports, Tuxedo Brothers, Inc. (Tuxedo Brothers), Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (Anheuser-Busch) and Triathlon Federation/USA (the Triathlon Federation).
