The appellant, Shirley LeBlanc brings this appeal from a decision by the trial court to dismiss without prejudice her personal injury claim against the defendants because of her failure to answer their written interrogatories. The appellant filed a motion for new trial after her claim was dismissed, but the trial court denied the motion. She contends that the trial court erred in granting the sanction of dismissal where there had been no order issued...
