The State charged appellee San Juanita Czaplinski with committing a Class B misdemeanor theft. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 31.03 (West 1994 & Supp.1997). Czaplinski moved to quash the State's information, arguing that the information failed to provide her with sufficient constitutional and statutory notice of the acts that she allegedly committed. After two pretrial hearings, the trial court ordered the State's information quashed...
