Plaintiff, August Goodwyne, was injured when the train aboard which he was working collided with a vehicle driven by Clifford Morgan, an employee of People's Moss Gin, Inc. Mr. Goodwyne filed suit against his railroad-employer, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company (MOPAC); Clifford Morgan; and People's Moss Gin, Inc., seeking damages and lost wages. After a trial on the merits, the jury apportioned fault among all three parties in the following proportions...
