1. Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's decision, after a bench trial, holding that Defendants did not violate New Mexico's antitrust laws, NMSA 1978, Section 57-1-1 (Repl.Pamp.1995). In a separate appeal, Defendants sought relief from the trial court's order denying Defendants reimbursement for certain costs and fees.
