Presently before the Court is the Petitioner's motion for habeas corpus (Doc. 1) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The Petitioner alleges that he is entitled to a reduction in his sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3621(e)(2)(B) because of his successful completion of a 500 hour Comprehensive Drug Treatment Program at the Federal Correctional Institution at McKean.
