Appellant, Carl Walter Ruby, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Allegany County of driving with a suspended out-of-state license and knowingly giving false accident report information. He was convicted separately by the court of failure to yield the right of way. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of sixty days and one year in the Allegany County Detention Center, plus a fine of fifty dollars and two years unsupervised probation following...
