CANNELLA, Judge.
Defendants, Marvin Gorman and the Metropolitan Christian Center, Inc. (MCC), appeal from a judgment, in this breach of lease action, rendered in favor of plaintiffs, Betty Kelly, wife of/and William Harper, in the amount of $19,026.12 plus legal interest from the date of judicial demand as well as costs. For the reasons which follow, we reverse.
