OPINION

WEISBERG, Judge.

Eric L. ("the juvenile") appeals the orders of the juvenile commissioner adjudicating him delinquent and ordering him to pay restitution to the victim. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
