Johnny W. Littlejohn was convicted by a jury of three weapons offenses1 arising out of his possession, on May 3, 1993, of a loaded semi-automatic pistol. On appeal, he contends that the trial judge erroneously sustained the invocation by a prospective defense witness, Leonard Bishop, of Bishop's privilege against self-incrimination.
