SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

Shedrick Dequincy Lemons, appellant, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation1 without the benefit of a plea bargain. The trial court sentenced appellant to five years deferred adjudication and ordered him to pay a $250 fine. Approximately one year later, the trial court granted the State's motion to adjudicate appellant's guilt, revoked probation, and sentenced appellant to five years imprisonment...
