Plaintiff, MAREX ("Marine Archaeology Exploration") International, Inc., filed a complaint in admiralty with this Court on August 12, 1996. On the same day, this Court granted plaintiff's motion for warrant of arrest of the defendant vessel, now known to be the S.S. NORTH CAROLINA. The warrant was subsequently executed.
