WICKER, Judge.

Alphonse A. Cutitto appeals a judgment granting defendant David E. Boyes' exception of lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse and remand.

Cutitto filed suit in the First City Court for the Parish of Orleans to recover fees for auditing and accounting services he rendered to Wegman Construction Projects, Inc. Cutitto alleged that Boyes' wife was a part owner of Wegman Construction, that Boyes asked Cutitto to perform an audit of the company...
