This action arises out of Siecor Corp.'s ("Siecor") alleged infringement of ADC Telecommunications, Inc.'s ("ADC") U.S. Patent No. 5,363,465 ("the `465 patent") purportedly covering new telecommunications technology which made fiber-optic management and storage components "idiot-proof."
