Joe Saenz ("Saenz") appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of the Arizona State Compensation Fund ("the Fund") on Saenz's claims for bad faith, breach of contract, and punitive damages. Saenz claimed that the Fund acted in bad faith and breached the parties' settlement agreement when it transmitted a portion of the settlement amount to the clerk of the superior court...
