The plaintiff, Merlin J. Pelts, appeals from a trial court judgment rejecting his claim for damages against the defendants, Leo C. Clelland, Jr. and his insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the trial court judgment.
