PER CURIAM:

This case arises from a neighborhood dispute regarding water rights. Appellant, Victor Jordan ("Jordan"), filed criminal trespass charges against Respondent, Stanley Bailey ("Bailey"), after Bailey crossed Jordan's property to perform work on an aqueduct system which services certain water rights along the Ophir Creek near Washoe Valley, Nevada. After being found not guilty in a local justice court, Bailey commenced this action...
