This is a mandamus action. The Hearst Corporation, d/b/a the Houston Chronicle Publishing Company (Chronicle) and Westward Communications, L.L.C., publisher of the Conroe Courier (Courier), seek a writ ordering Judge Fred Edwards to set aside two orders.
