This is a mandamus action. The Hearst Corporation, d/b/a the Houston Chronicle Publishing Company (Chronicle) and Westward Communications, L.L.C., publisher of the Conroe Courier (Courier), seek a writ ordering Judge Fred Edwards to set aside two orders. One order grants the State's motion to seal a search warrant and the affidavit in support of the search warrant while the other denies the Chronicle's motion to unseal the...
