[¶ 1] Gloria Brawn appeals from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Board denying, in part, her petitions for payment of medical expenses. The Board ordered her employer, Gloria's Country Inn, to pay the cost of adapting a van to accommodate Brawn's quadriplegia, but concluded that the Inn could not be required to purchase the van. 39-A M.R.S.A. § 206 (Supp.1996).1 The Board also denied Brawn's petition seeking...
