The plaintiff, Kenneth Carter, has filed a motion in limine to bar the defendant from introducing certain negative evidence adverse to Mr. Carter at the impending jury trial. The defendant, Tracy Becker, is a detective employed by the city of Milwaukee. In his complaint, Mr. Carter alleges, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, that Mr. Becker committed malicious prosecution by filing a false criminal complaint...
