These proceedings arise out of two cases in which hundreds of plaintiffs have sued four manufacturers of modular-home building materials. In both cases, the Honorable Ricardo H. Garcia entered orders finding that venue was improper as to certain plaintiffs and transferring those plaintiffs' claims to other counties. Three of the defendants have attempted to challenge the orders in interlocutory appeals and original mandamus proceedings. We granted...
